Choc Protein Thick Shake
I created this recipe on our recent caravan trip in Bunbury where it was 40+ deg and it is the perfect drink on a hot day (or any weather really!).
It has been many years since I have had a thick shake from McDonalds but this home made version brought back lots of memories.... a healthy thick shake coming up!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender / NutraBullet and blend until thick and creamy.
- Enjoy!
